The user settings are not migrated, we don't touch them. And as we're
not the one who broke them, it's not that easy to fix them either. The
right solution might be to just be able to interpret Control again, but
I'm not sure it'll be the case.

Note that there's a NEWS entry warning exactly about that, too.
