Bug#531490: liburiparser-dev: pkg-config cannot locate liburiparser because liburiparser.pc is not being installed

pkg-config is not able to tell information to the compiler when asked for

'pkg-config --cflags --libs' because the file liburiparser.pc is not being

installed in /usr/lib/pkgconfig.



Upstream this file is generated and installed in version 0.7.5, what makes

it possible to work with it without having to manually write

/usr/lib/pkgconfig/liburiparser.pc.



This seems to have been a bug on liburiparser 0.7.4 upstream, so please, if

you have the time to package 0.7.5 it would be really appreciated.
