uriparser 0.7.4 does not ship any pkg-config file so to me it's
not a 0.7.4 bug but a 0.7.5 feature.

In that sense the title "liburiparser.pc is not being installed"
is a bit mis-leading.  How about something like "0.7.5 bump
request due to pkg-config file arrival"?
