Thank you very much.  I used it when uploading an NMU fixing this issue
and a few others.  I converted the source format to 3.0 (quilt) in the
process, to make it easier to track changes done to the upstream source.

Please test the new library and let me know if there are any problems
with the NMU.  Perhaps you can want to join the Debian Xiph.org
Maintainers group.  I suspect they could use some fresh blood. :) Their
mailing list could use a moderator using the listadmin package, that is
for sure.  It is filled with spam. :(
