Aha.  I picked a ogg file included in python-pygame, and got the test
failing on powerpc now.

The 'set -e' make sure any non-zero exit codes will trigger a test
failure, so the check for out.ogv was just to be extra careful.

Now the latest git source fail to build on powerpc, and will stay that
way until the binary actually work. :)

Next step is uploading, asking ftpmasters to drop all archs where the
build fail, and try to fix the bug in the code to get the build working
