Help add autopkgtest scripts to all xiph packages?

Hi.  I see from

only tree of the packages have autopkgtest scripts to verify the
packages are working.  We can do better.  Would you be willing to help
get autopkgtest scripts for libfishsound, libogg, libtheora and
vorbis-tools?

The failing test for libvorbis is a segfault in the library that should
be fixed.

It would be nice if we could get libtheora reproducible build as
well. :)

I plan to upload the changes in oggvidoetools tomorrow.  Please commit
any pending changes.
