Could you make the TODO list available publicly and give us a brief
summary of what you have already done?

For the record: I will soon have more information about the Arch
setup, which I am currently trying out with mdadm (less complex).
There are some decision up ahead and once I made them, we'll have an
introductory lesson over IRC as well as some docs.
