Not really.  Bt we should keep in mind that this does not really help as
long as not one member of the team does actually something.  IMHO this might
be a drawback of group maintainance that everybody relays on the other member
and nobody really cares.  We should assign at least one person
in this group who really feels responsible.

If we would not find a single person who cares may be even dropping the
packages might make sense.
