Yes, I am.  And for the sake of strangeness - it works now.  I just
tried again shortly after sending the mail and now it works.  I have
no idea which change really resulted in the success and I will
redraw the changes I did step by step once I find some more time
to report the solution here.  I swear I did not changed anything
since yesterday (except some restarts of Zope that I did yesterday
as well (and there was one reboot for a completely unrelated issue) -
but we don't run Windows, don't we. ;-)

In short: Thanks for providing me with ideas and thanks to the
magical good of computer science who lets things work once you
just made enough noise on a mailing list. ;-)
