Ouch!
'' is usually tranliterated into \*(rq (right double quotes). Is this
case, it is wrong.
I will fix it.
Maybe 'B<\\N'63'>' could do the trick.
Otherwise, just try to use something like "?" or (i.e. B<\"\\N'63'\">) or
just (?) (i.e. "(B<\\N'63'>)").
