/me feels stupid, I forgot to mention my pet project to translate
Linux man-pages with po4a
  http://gitorious.org/perkamon/man-pages
Russian people have a similar project:
  http://man-pages-ru.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/man-pages-ru/

It seems also that svnbook uses po4a:
  http://code.google.com/p/svnbook/source/browse/trunk/src/tools/Makefile.base-po
Ditto for phpMyAdmin documentation:
  http://phpmyadmin.git.sourceforge.net/git/gitweb.cgi?p=phpmyadmin/localized_docs;a=tree
