[py3porters-devel] Wiki section to track projects status

Hello list,
because it seems very hard for new porters to find out what's going on 
here, i created a section "Who is working on what?" on the py3porters 
wiki page:

So new porters could easier find a way into a project to help.

@Paul: We also could track projects with status "porters needed" in this 
table, what do you think? If it's okay for you i would like to ask the 
list to fill this table. :-)
