I think the problem here is "it crashes really often": if you face a
crash of reportbug, report it  (I never saw a report from you...). If
it's just speculation, please don't.

I don't think saving draft is the solution.

at each single step of the bug reporting process? You have to convince
me this is needed, since I disagree we want to pollute the temporary
location of several draft "just in case reportbug crash". Else, I'll
close this report tagging it wontfix.

We have to avoid crashes, if there are some we have to receive reports
about them, and fix them, not working around them.
