why are you doing this? are you preparing some sort of mass-forward
script? will this script be launched automatically or will be done
only after human check of a LP bug and then to forward it to debian?

LP if full of crap, and I don't want to encourage anything near to "I
have no clue how to solve it, let's forward it to debian, they'll find
out" process.
