[Reportbug-maint] Bug#698331: reportbug: Pressing enter after starting reportbug causes a gtk warning

In most places in the reportbug program, pressing enter is enough to "continue"
to the next screen.  However, on the first screen after starting reportbug,
pressing enter does nothing and throws the following GtkWarning:
