[Reportbug-maint] Bug#770554: reportbug: Remove "Are you sure you want to quit Reportbug" at the end

Dear Maintainer,

remove the dialog "Are you sure you want to quit Reportbug" at the end after
bug report is submitted.
Since there is no other choice then to quit it is unnecessary.
