[Reportbug-maint] Bug#770555: reportbug: Empty dialog while having mail configuration issues

Dear Maintainer,

at the beginning when I started to use reportbug I had some mail configuration
issue.
Reportbug showed a dialog with just a "No" and a "Yes" button, but no
description.
