this is a feature that should be implemented in BTS first: in the OP
it is requested that querybts adds an option to subscribe to bugs
(which is understandable, since querybts queries already existing
bugs, so you have all the needed info to subscribe the user to it),
while with new bugs, only the BTS itself can provide suche
functionality.

please follow up with the BTS owner for this
