Dear Maintainer,

we are also affected by this bug. It appears on some stretch machines,
whereas other stretch hosts are unaffected. The versions of
'python3-reportbug', 'python3-requests' and 'python3-urllib3' are
identical across all stretch-hosts (7.1.7, 2.12.4-1, 1.19.1-1). We are
still debugging possible causes for this bug. Also, we are investigating
if in-place-upgrading or clean-installing hosts makes any difference on
reproducing this bug. For us, installing backport-packages to circumvent
this problem is not a solution.

Has anyone been successful in reproducing this bug or are there any
other hints besides installing the affected packages from backports?
