[Reportbug-maint] Bug#882983: Doesn't ask for description anymore and break afterwards

Since several weeks I just get the following message after the list of
current bugs:
   Briefly describe the problem (max. 100 characters allowed). This will be the bug email subject, so keep the summary as concise as possible, for
   example: "fails to send email" or "does not start with -q option specified" (enter Ctrl+c to exit reportbug without reporting a bug).
   When reporting issues regarding git-buildpackage please run the failing command
   with --git-verbose (gbp buildpackage) or --verbose (all other commands) and
   provide the full output.


   (You may need to press 'q' to exit your pager and continue using
   reportbug at this point.)

After that, nothing works anymore. "q" does nothing and "q<return>" does
put you to the input where additional address is queried.
