[DSE-User] Question - migrating refpolicy to Jessie Stable

tl;dr When will the refpolicy package be migrated into stable for
Debian 8 Jessie?

I was following the Debian Wiki SELinux Setup article [1] and unable to
install selinux-policy-default. According to the package tracker
refpolicy 2:2.20161023.1-9 was migrated into testing on 2017-02-05 [2].
Is there an expected timeline for it to be moved to stable? Are there
any particular issues holding it back from the stable release class?

I know that for the mean time, I can just add the testing release class
to my apt sources list.
