Increasing N would be very nice, however it has two effects - 
tests take more time to run and the relative order of the entries
changes, which is even more important. 

Look e.g. at 
http://shootout.alioth.debian.org/bench/prodcons/detail.php
With N->10*N, python's time increases ~10x, while Erlang's
time does not even double...
