[Shootout-list] scoring discrepancy

I am still seeing a huge discrepancy between scores computed from
.craps.table and what the web page displays.  I can understand
synchronization issues leading to out of date differences, but I don't
believe what the web page displays was ever a valid scoring -- the
numbers are too far off.  Perhaps there is a more serious problem.
Here's the top 10 for each.

My program computes:
