I added the C# tests in this weekend, but found that they win most of the tests because of some nuance of mono execution model. All C# tests complete in 0.06 user time, which leads me to believe we aren't measuring the component of the system actually doing the work. So, don't trust the C# scores for CPU use at the moment.
