I don't see that as the issue Isaac raises.  The issue is not getting
*good* scores.  The issue is whether the test suite is easy to implement
or not, for any language.  You won't get 'gold nuggets' by making it
difficult to code up tests, you'll only measure the number of
programmers who are willing to ass themselves with a boring task.
Probably that means the most popular languages get complete test suites
and others don't.
