[Shootout-list] Errors for various ruby benchmarks

Hi,

I notice that running ruby benchmarks seem
inconsistent. 
Most of them use the shebang line, but not all. Also,
some of them use #!/usr/bin/ruby while some use
#!/usr/bin/env ruby.

Being run with just 
script.ruby %A

those withouth shebang will fail. 

I suggest that the command line be changed to
#!/path/to/ruby1.8 benchname.ruby %A

wich is also consistent with the other scripting
languages. 

Also, it seem that the heapsort benchmark has some
spurious lines in the header.
