I seem to change the FAQ everyday to catch-up with the mailing-list ;-)

afaict the only way to tell if it's bad/good is to get the numbers -
and the easiest way to get the numbers would be to set-up a new test,
with changed programs on The Sandbox.

For a few weeks it's been obvious that the build and measurement
process doesn't work reliably. Programs are built and measured but not
shown on the webpages. 

imo At present we need to fix what's broken.
