[Shootout-list] hiatus

You may have noticed that the Shootout hasn't updated for a couple of
weeks. 

In-progress building work at the hosting-facility has prevented testing
resource internet-connectivity. The facility manager has indicated that
normal service will be resumed in the near future :-)
