[Shootout-list] Benchmark Certification?

I notice that the Shootout list still has the Ruby
harmonic series and nbody benchmarks being in error.

The code for both benmarks works on my system.
The reason they "didn't work" is because they were
not executed with the stated number of iterations
for the benchmarks.

So I'm wondering....

How did these two benchmarks get tested? and
When will they be retested using the correct
iteration values?

Also, what is the test system(s) (hardware, OS, etc)
used to create the results with?
