We tend to run the benchmarks a number of times (3,
to be precise) for a variety of input parameters
(N = 1000, 2000, etc.) so that we can get a feel for
program behavior as the problem size increases.

I notice that this test, and your matrix test, do
not take any command-line parameters.

I modified the matrix tests already, but I wonder
if you could correct this test before anyone
implements other solutions.
