some languages have such features. other languages have separate=20
programs that does it. in all such cases it would be a good thing to use=20
them before checking in source in the shootout archive.

this is a minor thing compared to the other problems with the current=20
shootout, but worth to remember when perfection have been achived in=20
other areas. (that was supposed to be slightly funny, slightly correct).

are there any down sides to this? if not i willl send it to ''Feature=20
Requests''. i would also be willing to do it, proivided the shootout=20
actually wants/needs any help.
