[Simple-cdd-devel] How to create a cd with i386 efi?

I'm not sure how you would do this with debian-installer or debian-cd,
and there's nothing specific in simple-cdd to support EFI...

If you figure out how, I'd be interested in incorporating documentation
and/or support into simple-cdd, if needed.
