  * allows to set the color of the progressbar background
  * theme.xsd version 1.0.1
  * separates extra themes from main splashy source
  * splashy_update is called from log_end_msg () by lsb init scripts.
    This function is defined in /etc/lsb-base-logging.sh
  * decomissioned splashy-init
  * experimental support for Splashy from initramfs. This is work in progress.
  * support for DirectFB 0.9.25 and up
