[Splashy-devel] Bug#481498: splashy: displays wrong logo colors with radeon and radeonfb

Package: splashy
Version: 0.3.8-1
Severity: wishlist

I know that splashy is at the moment documented not to work well with
radeonfb, but I'd like to have this description on file so that people
implementing radeon support know what to check for.

I have modified my initramfs generator to include libradeonfb to the
initramfs and splashy works the same way with radeonfb than it does
with VESA. However, the logo is displayed in "funny" colors, for
example, Tux' forehead shows up in three different shades of color.

Greetings
Marc
