Hello Moritz,

The current (stable) release of Splashy does not. But we are working
on that on the branch that will become Splashy 0.4.x. Somebody already
did a patch that allows Splashy to run an app and wait for a password.
I'm not sure how it all works. But you can join us at #splashy on
irc.freenode.net and we can tell you more about how to get the source
code.
