the new pycryptopp was automatically imported into ubuntu oneiric 11.10,
but the stable release natty 11.04 still has the old version and thus a
broken tahoe.
The bug is a request to update the version in the stable release, if
that gets denied I'll patch out the version dependency in natty's tahoe.
