[Update-resolv-devel] Resolvconf 0.30 released with proper support for pump

The new version of pump (0.8.15-1) supports resolvconf natively.
I have released resolvconf 0.30 to work with the new pump;
the /etc/pump/script.d/resolvconf script in earlier versions
of resolvconf has been removed since it is no longer needed.

As usual, the new resolvconf deb is available in the resolvconf
section of the update-resolv project at alioth:
    http://alioth.debian.org/projects/update-resolv
