Hi everybody,

I suggest having a look at / subscribing to 
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UniverseNewPackages

We encourage our new maintainers to list their packages there to make it
easier to feed the packages to Debian. As you can see on
http://ajmitch.dhis.org/debuild/ubuntu/merge-tool/current/rfp (it is a
generated list), we didn't manage to list all the Packages on the wiki
page, but it's "work in progress".

I will still continue on announcing new packages on this list manually.
