Well, you should have a look on our changelogs.
We are stating Closes for DBTS, Bugzilla and Malone with different name tags.
Mentioning DBTS closes is done, when we're checking DBTS and applying a patch 
from DBTS.

You have to make a difference here between "main" and "universe". Main is 
using until now bugzilla, which will change in the nearest future (the work 
has begun). Universe instead is using Malone (http://launchpad.net/malone).

But not all changes will get a bugzilla/malone entry. E.g. for the latest c++ 
new allocator transition, we only filed in malone (for universe that is) the 
packages we're working on. So, you can grab the changes from the latest 
source uploads to our archives. But Scott is doing the patch thing 
automatically, so I think universe is covered as well.
