Should that be ubuntu rather than utnubu?

As an aside, what's the solution for packages which are actively
maintained in Ubuntu and ignored by the same developer in Debian?
I found one package recently where the developer (a Canonical employee)
had uploaded regularly to Ubuntu but the last Debian upload was in May 
and several upstream revisions old.
