The Debian maintainers of packages synced into Ubuntu aren't the
maintainers there neither. And some request to be removed from the
header, because they did not even know that their package was forked.
They are not the primary contact for the Ubuntu package and do not even
have any point of contact on the side of Ubuntu. They weren't notified
by MOTUs. I personally have ogra and you, but that connection wasn't
initiated by you, but rather by personal intervention about my packages'
state in Ubuntu.

P.S.: Yes, I know it might be out of context, sorry if it is. I'm just
crawling through d-d and d-p stuff and are pretty annoyed.
