I don't think so. 

I agree that Utnubu is more or less a dormant/dead team. However it does
show that some Debian developers care about the work done by Ubuntu and
give them an umbrella for their work.

Even if the team is only here to justify isolated actions done without
coordination, it's still good to have.

Having a leader would be great, definitely. But no, I don't have time for
that. I'm trying to push things forward with my limited time... and
currently my approach is to develop new infrastructure to collaborate on a
new scale with the help of many more people (cf wotomae/DWTT:
http://wiki.debian.org/DWTT) and I expect Utnubu to be one of the first
user.

So, I suggest to continue even if the team is not a usual team.
