Yes, because the /home dir is bind mounted

It can be integrated quite easily. As hosts, debian variants are supported,
puppy is known to work, and I guess other distros should work also with
minor modifications. rootz can connect the host system to many live distros
such as fedora, sabayon, mint and more.

I've seen that rootz works by binding 2 FS

I think you misunderstood the way rootz works. *Everything*, including the
application itself is provided by rootz. In praticualr, the libc that is
installed in the squashfs is used, rather than the one that is installed on
the host itself.
