[Virtual-pkg-base-maintainers] Bug#499307: base: System hangs on boot when using 2.6.26-1-686

If i try to boot up with the latest headers it gets to
'getting console screen modes and fonts'
and just hangs. I can only boot up the system if i select 2.6.24-1-686.
