Whatever is best for you to keep track of the patches. I can 
send/publish them in whatever form you prefer. For now I attached the 
patches to the relevant BTS bugs and created new bugs where needed:

#782304 - grub2: only configure console if serial-console is set
#782307 - grub2: installing grub with boot partition requires an
           offset before the first partition
#742267 - grub2: only install extlinux if grub installation fails
#741223 - btrfs root support
