Well the results are good. 

Taking the /usr/sbin/adsl-{start,init,setup,start,status,stop} scripts
from the upstream rp-pppoe tarball and placing them in /usr/sbin works
for Debian! You also need to install /etc/ppp/pppoe.conf which is found
in rp-pppoe too.
