[Webmin-maintainers] Bug#358579: webmin-dhcpd: doesn't work with dhcp3-server in Sarge

Hello,

this is a follow-up on #204306 which the BTS wouldn't reopen.

The package wants /usr/sbin/dhcpd and other file names which are no
longer valid with the dhcp3-server package. This requires a number of
edits in the configuration file - a patch is attached.
