[Webmin-maintainers] Webmin status

Hi Jamie and Derek,

I have used Jamie's debian packages. They work well but do not seem
to use debconf for all of the necessary configuration. I talked to
several Debian developers about it, but they (surprisingly) expressed
skepticism. They had a lot of confidence in Jaldhar so his
abandonment of the packages reflected badly on webmin.

I would like to see Webmin return to Debian. Let us work on the
package together and look for a developer to sponsor us. The Debian
community wants more team-oriented development, so we should keep the
mailing list activity up to show we deserve help.

Regards,
Cody
