It is needed for LVM raids (yaird is partially compatible with them/it is
necessery to do initrd after configuring mirrors).
Moreover dm-mirror is needed in all situations when pvmove command was
interrupted.
In both situations it is much more safe to add dm-mirror to all LVM setups.
If not in Plan.pm it should be added to:
/etc/yaird/Templates.cfg as
MODULE dm-mirror in vgchange template (not tested).
There are some problems on older Suns with yaird. No autodetection of SCSI/esp.
With some additional hand made modifications to /etc/yaird/Default.cfg
it behaves better then initramfs.
Of course it is not connected to this bug report.
