[Yast4debian-devel] Is yast trademarked?

Good morning

I'm looking for a possible new home for the yast4debian project and before I 
register a topleveldomain I first wanted to ask the SuSE people if we could 
get into trouble because yast or yast2 is a trademark?

Klaus and Co, could you tell us something about it?

I think about the domain: yast4debian.org

BTW: Another question to the SuSE people: Is there perhaps a mailinglist where 
you announce new versions of yast2?
